Friendly Yoga-Yoga is a moderately paced yoga class that is rooted in alignment. The focus is on noticing the good in ourselves and others. Although the class is centered on solid alignment principles – we try not to take ourselves too seriously. The class usually begins with a flow sequence, settles into a slower sequence of postures, moves to a few inversion postures, and ends with seated postures. There is a diversity of friendly students from very experienced yogis to beginners.

30 Minute Indoor Group Cycling-This indoor cycling class is 30 minutes; the focus is on an individual workout for an individual body. It is a perfect class to warm up for the yoga class that immediately follows this indoor cycling class. Indoor cycling is a great workout for those who want an aerobic challenge without excessive impact on knees and hips. Because this class is centered on what is best for your body, this class can work for the person who wants to gently work their cardio system. It can also work for the person who wants a short, intense, aerobic workout.
