This low-intensity workout will help keep your joints moving and muscles strong. Improve your ability to do daily activities and gain more energy. Meet new people and make friends. Ideal for arthritis patients.

DEEP WATER WORKOUT
Mon./Wed. 7:00-8:00 pm
Non-swimmers and swimmers can enjoy and will benefit from deepwater exercise. A water belt will support you in deep water with your head comfortably above the surface at all times. It will improve cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and endurance.

CO-ED SPLASH AEROBICS

Tue./Thurs. 9:30-10:30 am
Tue./Thurs. 7:30-8:30 pm
This one-hour class choreographed to music is a high energy, low-impact water aerobic program, enabling participants to improve cardiovascular conditioning, as well as flexibility and muscle tone. This class will enable you to work at your own level of intensity using various forms of exercise. Nonswimmers welcome.

AQUATIC FITNESS
Th 5:15-6:00 pm
Come join the R.E. Lindner’s newest addition to our aquatic department. This is a fast paced high endurance class that is a great cardio workout.
