GUEST POLICY
Upon joining or renewing a YMCA membership, members will receive six complimentary guest passes. Each of the six passes may be used for one person or an entire family. Members may bring two guests or one family per visit. The YMCA reserves the right to limit or restrict guests. All guests must be accompanied by a current YMCA member. All YMCA guests over the age of 16 must present a photo ID at each visit to a YMCA branch. Each guest will also need to sign a YMCA waiver at the beginning of each visit.

Effective January 1, 2009, PCY invites individual guests to use the YMCA up to 3 times per calendar year with a guest pass. Any guests interested in using the YMCA more regularly are encouraged to complete a membership application.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE POLICY
 The YMCA of Greater Cincinnati offers quality, affordable programs and services designed to benefit people of all incomes and backgrounds. The YMCA uses contributed funds to ensure that those unable to pay the stated fees are able to participate. Scholarship assistance will be granted based on financial need and to the extent that the funds are available.
