PCY offers shallow & deep water exercise programs. These programs emphasize core stability, strength and alignment, as well as aerobic conditioning. No swimming ability is required.

Shallow water classes areconducted in either the waterpark (water temp 6°F) or the indoor pool (water temp 83°F) in waist-to-chest depth water with feet touching the floor. Water shoes are highly recommended for shallow water classes.

Deep water classes are conducted in the deep end of the indoor pool (water temp 83°F) with participants wearing buoyancy belts and feet never touching the floor-a totally no-impact workout.
