aid and how to respond in an emergency.

simple rules and procedures to ensure safety when home alone. Children in grades

- Babysitting
Students
will learn accident prevention, diapering, feeding and emergency first aid. Youll

BIG
FOREST NATION The M.E. Lyons YMCA Y Guides, Y Princess and Trailblazers
programs help develop positive relationships between fathers and their children
grades K-6th. Tribes are formed around school and neighborhood groupings with
six to ten parent/child couples. Tribes meet monthly, September through May.
Under
the guidance of their dads, kids have the freedom to explore their interests in
a creative and imaginative way. Regular meetings combine ceremony and programming
which includes crafts, games, or storytelling. The central theme of the program
draws upon the culture of the Native American Indian to help promote a positive
and lasting relationship between parent and children.
Monthly events
are held for all program participants including campouts, roller- skating,
bowling, pinewood derby and much more. For more information, check our website:
