Your membership enables you to use the facilities at all YMCA of Greater Cincinnati branches.

PAYMENT METHODS

GUEST POLICY/ GUEST PASSES
For the safety of members and their families, ALL PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS and GUESTS are required to enter through the front door and CHECK IN AT THE ACCESS CENTER when they arrive. All guests over the age of 16 must present a photo ID at each visit to a Y branch. Each guest will also need to sign the YMCA guest registry at the beginning of each visit.

If you forget or lose your card, front desk access must be used and photo ID is required. Program participants need to present a Program Pass at each visit.

Guests are permitted access only when a member accompanies them and must leave when the member leaves. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Upon joining or renewing a YMCA membership, members will receive a guest pass good for 6 free visits. One person or a family may use each of these 6 visits. A member may bring 3 guests or one family at a time.

NOTE: DUE TO HIGH MEMBER USAGE, GUEST PASSES MAY BE LIMITED AT ANY TIME. PLEASE CALL AHEAD IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BRING A GUEST.

MEMBERSHIP FOR ALL
The heart of our mission is to serve all people in our community. To ensure our services are available to all, we offer Membership For All, an incomebased sliding fee scale program designed to fit the financial situations of individuals and families. Operated without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age or physical or mental handicap, Membership For All is the essence of community service. Applications are available at the Welcome Center; all information is kept confidential. Assistance with program fees is separate.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE POLICY
 The YMCA offers quality programs and services designed to benefit people of all incomes and backgrounds. The YMCA uses contributed funds to ensure that those unable to pay the stated rates are able to participate.

Scholarship assistance is granted based on financial need and to the extent the funds are available. All records are kept confidential and the applicant must reside in the service area of the YMCA to which he/she is applying.Click here to download the YMCA's Access Financial Application PDF.
