and nutrition. Activities include games, obstacle course, flexibility, strengthening
exercises and plenty of fun.

Spring schedule available mid March Fitness class schedules are available at Member
Services and in class. These schedules are updated each session. Class registration
is required. Additionally, it is necessary for each participant to pick up a class
token prior to the beginning of each class. Your fitness instructor will collect
your token before class begins. Classes with low attendance may be cancelled.
When attending classes conducted in the Senior Wing please do not enter or exit
thru the side Senior Wing door.

Drumming
is a completely new way to experience movement and rhythm, connecting dynamic
movement and pulsating rhythms with drumming on a stability ball.
- Zumba
Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves that allow
Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that
a workout should be Fun and Easy to do. Zumba uses a fusion of Latin and International
Music. It is a mixture of easy to follow dance steps and body sculpting.

This
group exercise is lead by a certified instructor who leads participants through
a cycling journey. Studio cycling is a moderate to high intensity, non-impact
cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Your training will require strength,
determination and fortitude. You select the intensity of your ride according to
your fitness levels.

Combine fun with fitness to increase your
cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body
strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball
is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreopgraphy. A chair is offered for support
stretching, and relaxation exercise .

Yoga Stretch will move your
whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair
support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase
flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and
a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

HEALTH
& FITNESS CENTER A full line of Magnum Selectorized equipment,
free weights and cardiovascular equipment are in place to meet all your fitness
needs. Cardio equipment includes; treadmill, EFX transports, recumbent and upright
lifecycles, two Arc trainers and rowing machine. An orientation is strongly recommended
for all first time members and additional training is available upon request.
Strength equipment orientations are scheduled at Member Services. Appointments
are scheduled in advance. The Health & Fitness Center is open to all members
age 16 and older. Teens between the ages of 13 & 15 must complete a Teen Orientation.
Children are not permitted in the Health & Fitness Center at any time.

Free WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE Beginning
mid-January An intense program of exercise and nutrition. Teams will meet
weekly for boot camp style workouts. Limited space available. See Front Desk for

motivation or variety, fee based, one-on-one personal training is available. Your
certified trainer will provide guidance and assistance to ensure your workout
is effective and giving you the results you desire. Each session is 55-minutes
in duration. (Participants ages 16 & 17 must have parents permission)
