Next week, the group swim schedule will continue in the morning's as normal. •Guppy/Minnow: 950-10:35 AM is now scheduled for 12:15 - 1 PM, tomorrow September 23th. •Fish/Flying Fish: 10:45-11:30 AM is now scheduled for 1:05 PM - 1:50 PM, tomorrow September 23th. COUCH TO 5K TRAINING GROUP Have you always wanted to start running but not quite sure how to get started? Join the Y “Couch to 5K” training group. This program will ease you into run/walk routine of up to 3 miles (or 5K) on a regular basis in just 8 weeks. No running experience necessary. At the conclusion of the training program, you will have an opportunity to celebrate your success participating in a local 5K road Thanksgiving Day race in Williamsburg! All receive a Y T-shirt and a medal upon completion. Day/time Group 1 – up to 10 members Monday at 6:00 – 6:30 pm; Group 2 – up to 10 members Thursday 6:00 to 6:30 am September 27—November 17 Location: Run/walk indoor track above the gymnasium. Group Exercise Updates: Land Exercise- On Wednesdays: Lynn's Strength Training has changed to 9:05am-9:50am (previously started at 9:55am) & Lynn's Cycling class has changed to 9:55am - 10:50am (Previously started at 9:05am). TRX will remain at 11am. Water Exercise: The Tuesday/Thursday 10am Water Arthritis class has changed to Aquastride w/ instructor Veril. This class will be low impact exercises in the water, similar to the former aqua arthritis class.
