Parent Packet
Your parent packet will provide you with detailed information about what your camper’s day will look like, what they need to bring to camp, field trips the kids will be taking over the summer, and much more! Each parent will also receive their child’s camp t-shirt!

Parent Pick Up Dates

  • Tuesday, May 25 5:00pm-6:00pm
  • Thursday, May 27 5:00pm-6:00pm
  • Saturday, May 29 12:00pm-1:00pm

Day Camp Open House
Saturday, May 29th 1:00pm-3:00pm

Registration Checklist
You must provide ALL of the following before a child will be registered for camp. There will be NO exceptions:

  • Copy of Immunization Record
  • Completed 2010 Registration Form
  • Either payment in full or a $10 deposit for each week per child registered.

How To Register

  • Stop by the Campbell County YMCA at 1437 S Fort Thomas Ave, Fort Thomas, KY 41075. Monday through Friday from 5:30am -9:00pm or Saturday / Sunday from 12:00pm until 6:00pm.
  • Stop by the Kenton County YMCA every Saturday from April 10th through May 8th from 10:00am until 1:00pm.
  • Stop by the Kenton County YMCA on Tuesday or Thursday evenings from 5:30pm-7:00pm during the month of May.

Mail in Registration Forms WILL NOT be accepted. Please stop by the above location to turn in your Registration Packet. For comments, questions or concerns, please contact Alesha Meyn at 859-781-1814.

Weekly Fee

  • Ages: 5 (completed kindergarten) – 16 years of age
  • Time: 8:45AM-4:00PM
  • Cost:
    $110/week member
    $140/week non-member
  • Registration Fee: $25 child / $40 family
  • $10 deposit per week per registered child is due
    at the time of registration

Additional Services -Morning and Afternoon Care

  • Morning (Pre Camp): 6:30am-8:45am
    Cost: $25/week member and $35/week non-member
  • Afternoon (Post Camp): 4:15pm-6:00pm
    Cost: $20/week member and $30/week non-member
  • Morning and Afternoon Care (Pre and Post Camp)
    Cost: $40/week member and $50/week non-member

Traditional Day Camp
Cost: $110/week Member and $140/week Non-member

Teen Camping
$110 Members and $140 Program Participants
Hours: 9:00am – 4:00pm Monday through Friday.

  • Adventure Camp
    Ages: 11 – 12
  • A.C.E.S. (Advanced Camping Experience)
    Ages: 13-16

Pre School Programs
$75 Member and $90 Non-member.
Hours: 9:30am to 12:30pm
Ages: 3 yrs to 5 yrs

Sports camp only:

Enrolled in Summer Day Camp (cross-over fee):
Member: Additional $25
Community Member: Additional $40

 

Children will be introduced to various sports and fun games and crafts throughout the week. Kids who are enrolled in Summer Day camp will be transported from day camp to the sports camp site in the morning and then back to day camp once the sports camp is finished. Day campers will eat lunch (packed from home) from 12:00-12:30 and then will be taken back to camp.
