MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

  • Membership to the Blue Ash YMCA is on a month-to-month basis. There is no contract.
  • If at any time a member is not completely satisfied with any aspect of their membership, we will stand behind our services and refund the remaining portion of any membership.
  • A member may bring an individual guest up to three times per year. Each membership receives six Guest Passes each year. A member may bring in two guests or one family member per visit per Guest Pass. Guests must be accompanied by a member. Without a pass, the guest fee is $10.00 for family, $6.00 for adult and $3.00 for youth.
  • A member must give at least a 10-business day notice prior to your draft in order for the withdrawal to be prevented. If you give less than this the draft will be withdrawn as scheduled and the cancellation will take effect the next month.

GUEST POLICY/ GUEST PASSES
All guests must be accompanied by a current YMCA member. Upon joining or renewing a YMCA membership, members will receive six complimentary guest passes. Upon using all complimentary visits, members may still bring guests to the YMCA for a guest fee of $6.00 for an Adult and $3.00 for Children under 18 years of age.

Members may bring in 2 guests or a family per visit. Guest Passes do not include the price of Child Watch. The YMCA reserves the right to limit or restrict guests at peak times to give our members priority.

The YMCA is a membership organization and encourages its guests to become members after having the opportunity to visit our facilities. Blue Ash YMCA members may visit any YMCA of Greater Cincinnati at no charge. When travelling, YMCA members may present their membership card to receive complimentary or reduced rates at participating YMCAs.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE POLICY
 The YMCA offers affordable programs and services designed to benefit people of all incomes and backgrounds. The YMCA offers two options for financial assistance:

  • Membership For All: This program offers an income-based sliding fee scale that is designed to fit the financial situation of each individual and family in our community. Click here to view a .pdf of the Membership For All program.
  • Scholarships: The YMCA awards scholarships for programs and memberships. The fees are based on the cost of running the program, and takes into consideration the annual household income of the family applying.
