Under the direction of the Branch Executive and in accordance with the Christian nature and purpose of the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati, the Discover Health van driver is responsible for driving the Discover Health vehicle and assist health educators with program delivery. SWIM COACH-ASSISTANT (3/12/2010)
Under the direction of the Head Swim Team Coach, and in accordance with the Christian nature and purpose of the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati, the Assistant Swim Coach is responsible for providing the daily operation of a specific training group within the swim team. The incumbent will write and execute their training programs for their designated swimming group. All coaches are responsible for the appropriate positive behavior of all swim team members during practices and meets. The incumbent must have the competencies, skills, and proven leadership ability to successfully carry out the association’s mission, goals, and visions serving the community. SPORTS ASSISTANT (7/14/2010)
