PERSONAL TRAINER (4/16/09)
Under the direction of the Wellness Director and in accordance with the Christian nature and purpose of the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati, the Personal Trainer is responsible for the creation, scheduling and implementation of a program designed to meet the client's specified fitness goals in accordance with current safety exercise standards. DISCOVER HEALTH VAN DRIVER (8/5/2010)

Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, supervision, and evaluation of the Aquatics and Sports Director, the Family Life Director, the Director of Competitive Swim, with primary responsibility in Wellness. The individual will ensure high quality programs through innovative program development, evaluations and on going training of staff. Will provide leadership and support for branch management team, annual fundraising campaign and volunteer committees as assigned as well as develop and maintain effective working relationships within the community. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required as well as YMCA Senior Director certification and three (3) to five (5) years of professional YMCA experience.
