Want to be more
effective at work? Take a "wellness break" during the day and go for
a walk! Exercise helps to make you more alert, efficient, and thereby more productive.
Take half an hour to walk at lunch, or use your breaks to get in steps around
your office building or grounds. Try inviting your co-workers to come along, and
use the time to discuss strategic planning or upcoming projects. |
