ATTENTION MEMBERS!!


The Gamble-Nippert YMCA would like to remind our members and their guest
of the water slide rules.

Water Slide Safety Rules
  • You must be 48" tall and have a green or yellow band.
  • Form a line on the pool deck, not on the slide stairway.
  • No tubes, mats or lifejackets permitted on the flume.
  • Only one rider at a time. No doubles, trains or chains.
  • No diving or jumping from flume.
  • Enter slide in a sitting position.
  • Wait for lifeguard starting instructions before riding.
  • Ride slide feet first either sitting or lying down on back.
  • Keep arms and feet inside flume.
  • Exit splashdown pool area immediately at the ladder.
