New CincyAfterSchool Sites Funded
Six new sites will be funded through 21st Century Funding, thanks to the skillful writing of Rebecca Kelley - "the baddest grantwriter in Cincinnati" according to the recent blog on SOAPBOX . She wrote 6 of the 24 winning 21st Century grant applications - bringing 25% of these dollars to our community. Igniting Sparks by Building Assets
The Search Institute's 12th Annual Healthy Communities - Healthy Youth Conference will be held November 6-8, 2008. This conference is designed for people who work with or care about youth, and youth. An intergenerational conference 1500 youth are expected to attend and learn along side adult asset builders. For more information go to www.hchy.org .
